I just stuck some fish scraps in an old hole they were using and froze over, and stuck the 330 in front with the trigger on the bottom. Opened up the small spot of open water even more and called it good. Used some lure from Bait Em’ 907 on a stick above the hole. You can kind of see the hole I used to the right of the otters. Those sticks are what I used to hold up the 330.

I’d like to learn more about Otters. They are so clever. Me too! I've often thought of a 330 with a feather or CD on the bank, kinda like luring a cat except from the water?
