As mention before, they won’t cycle in an automatic. And the single shot has probably got carbon buildup in the chamber. Brush the barrel good and should eject just fine.
Anyone that owns a gun and votes democrat deserves to have there gun taken, cause they truly are too stupid to own a gun.

You’re better off throwing a handful of sand instead. They are pure junk!! I don’t recall a Chipmunk ever surviving inside 15 yards.

They work great on snakes and chipmunks in the chicken coop.
I have nothing clever to put here.

I've shot many pigeons off of barn joists with the crimped shells. As said above, keep the range under fifteen feet and they are effective, No damage to the roof. Effective on barn rats and mice at close range too.
Eh...wot?

Used for shooting birds and rats inside barns and other buildings, AND, They were used for indoor Skeet, Trap shooting with small clay birds called Mosquito's. I have one of the Remington smoothbore .22 shotguns also.

What are they good for? #12 shot might work on a mouse at 4 foot away. Even worse if they stick in the chamber and you have two or three mice bearing down on you.
When I was a kid I shot at a starling out my bedroom window, about six yards away. A couple feather flew off the bird, and it flew away apparently unscathed. I've never shot a 22 shot shell since. Can't think of a reason to.

Bass Pro get's them in time to time. My VFW Post uses them for our monthly meat shoots.

When I was a kid I shot rats in the neighbors milk barn with the crimped ones. Tossed em outside for the cats.

I’ve never been able to shot them out of an automatic. Same thing they stick, I don’t think they have the charge to help extract. I’ve got a Remington smooth bore that’s made specifically from them and never have any problems. I also wonder if the cases are just a little bit different sized. I have an old Stevens single shot that I inherited from my Grandpa. It shoot them just fine. They work great on starlings and chipmunks. I don't know if you could kill a red squirrel with them or not.
Remember as a kid we played army and you gave up the fort so the other side got it? Of course you don't. Little kids aren't that stupid.
