and I have bobcat sets out. When I go to check in a few hours I was going to remake the sets. Being in the south anti-freeze/waxed dirt is not a commonly used item. I do however have peat and wax paper. Being cats ain't trap shy and no more snow expected should I just bed in peat or wax paper underneath to help prevent trap from freezing down? Thanks.

Just make sure they don't freeze down. You don't need to cover them

I guess since it's so cold we have that powdery snow and they didn't freeze down. The one set I had to remake I bedded in peat moss. Thanks for the info though, we don't have to deal with the white stuff that often down here.
