Squirrels are holed up here. To much snow.

Yep, she's a bit brisk this morning.
The aluminum screen doors at my front and back entrances are covered in about 1/4" of hoar frost.
My lab went out this morning and lasted about 2 minutes before barking to come in... no need to yell at him to get in the house this morning LOL.

Just happy to be here.

I have so many walnut trees and bushells down in a collapsed shed the reds come out for them. I think another bit the dust.

We were -32 a couple days ago. -47 with the wind. I’ll take -13. It’s nice at -9 today.

No wind today. Jeep thermometer says -8 but no wind. Not bad.

-24 with a 25-35 mph wind, gusts over 50 this morning. The wind makes it feel a little sharper than it really is. The -24 is warmer than what we have had in the last three days for lows. It was -30 or lower. It shows the wind all day today and tonight.

-12 here this morning with winds 15-20, gusting to 25. Supposed to be up to +25 by Sunday. Then warmer next week.
According to the weatherman this morning, this week is the coldest week of the year normally. We are gaining about 1 1/2 minutes per day of daylight.

I lived in both states, and I would put ND over MT for hard winters. We have a ground blizzard going now. If you look up it is blue and you look out, it is fuzzy to nothing.
