Yes I have had the good fortune to spend time with him at several conventions over the last 10 to 15 years. FTA at Harrisonburg VA state convention several times In PA at state conventions He allowed me and my 2 Boykin Spaniel dogs to join him for a hour or so He has some great stories About his Dad And some interesting things that are part of his beaver control work in NC I might be wrong but I think he and his Dad are both in the NTA Hall of Fame I am Luckly that I can say I knew both of them Even just on a casual basis Last edited by w side rd 151; 01/14/24 01:03 PM.

Paul did the sweetest thing..he gifted to jerry, a knife that his dad used to skin 1000s of beaver. Jerry was very touched and told me he was humbled that Paul gave it to him It's now Jerry's prized possession. He'll never get rid of it, even for 1 million dollars. Paul, thank you..you made Jerry's year! IF IDIOTS GREW ON TREES THIS PLACE WOULD BE AN ORCHARD !
