At midnight.......Nov 3rd, 2020.......end of election day, presidential race was pretty much over, pending outcome of 6 key swing states that had yet to be called. They were GA, PA, MI, WI, AZ and NV.......and at midnight, Trump was ahead in all 6 states, by a combined 2M votes. But when the counting of votes that came in after election day was over was done, he came up short in all 6 states. It didn't matter by how much Trump was ahead........in PA, it was 800,000 votes.........he lost. The margins were close........but short in all of them......always just enough to win, plus a few more to cover any one or two ballot questions that came up. No losing this one by 10 votes from a hanging chad. Trump and the 75M people who voted for him smelled a rat, with what has come out since then, they have been proven right.
Problem being, the mechanism used for transfer of power has no provisions for dealing with fraud to this level. Once the straight totals of votes were counted, election was called and Biden bunch began process of seizing power. There is no mechanism to stop it. Even now, what with all that is known, there is no going back. But again Trump and supporters instinctively knew something was wrong. Ergo.....Jan 6th rally in support.
So in classic form......massive deflection campaign was launched. Rather than taking the time to find out what happened, they go on offense. Anything and anybody that would question outcome is the bad guy. Continues even now. It has to.........if anybody really looks at it they find Trump was right all along.

Bill Barr, judges and other officials all said they didn't see any fraud, BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T FRICKEN LOOK!

Bill Barr, judges and other officials all said they didn't see any fraud, BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T FRICKEN LOOK! They saw it could not have. Just said they didn't see "wide spread fraud" what's theory definition of wide spread enough to win a few key states is not wide spread ie.. nation wide. To the average person enough to chand the outcome is considered wide spread. But look at that wiggle room. So it all depend on what someone's definition of is is.

The way they prosecute police these days, the cop that shot that unarmed woman should have been prosecuted for sure.
Most in this country have things people in other countries only dream about. Yet, they want America to be more like those other countries.

We're we still operating under the original timeline as spelled out in the Constitution there would have been another sixty days to litigate the individual state tallies. And that doesn't even get into the President of the Senate/Vice President's duty to return electors deemed fraudulent or the individual state legislatures absolute right certify electors of their choosing. Our founders never intended for the electoral college or VP to be any sort of formality rubber stamp.

Trump and his crack legal team lost in 60 lawsuits.
Someone has to decide election challenges. It's not him. It's not you. It was not the J6 idiots who were misled by a sore loser.
It's also not movies, YouTube videos or internet memes.
It's the voters first and the courts next. Dude! Calm Down!

Honest courts not run by the same people running the scam.
What is nearly universal in this is folks that hate Trump.......really don't care what happened as long as Trump lost. Giddy about it. Almost everyone I've known......that is the universal response. Don't care what happened as long as he is gone.
BTW, I think the first time I heard that one it was from a Supreme Court justice in WI. She actually said it while declining to hear his case.

It's the voters first and the courts next. So 60 jury's, 500 jurors, all found no fraud? Is that what you're hanging your hat on? Because it didn't happen. Not a single argument ever made it to trial, period. Ducking and dodging by judges and courts was what happened. Any stretch of an excuse to justify political cowardice. The key one Texas and twenty something other states filed was the key one but squishy bushy Robert's somehow found that the voters of those states somehow lacked standing to point out that Pennsylvania and others illegally and unconstitutionally changed the rules midgame.

If not the Courts, who is supposed to decide an election challenge? The independent state legislatures, the President of the Senate, the House of Representatives by state delegation in that order. You might try reading the rules sometime.

You might try reading the rules sometime. Why file the 60 plus lawsuits if the "rules" provided a path to ignore the votes? It makes me laugh when you talk about civil procedure and trials. A plaintiff must have evidence. Not just allegations. Also, not all lawsuits get jury trials. Regardless, you have no idea what you're talking about. Stick to bee keeping clubs and armadillo trapping.
