Soooo I got pulled over in Waite Park last night after leaving work..... I already knew why he got me (I Was Speeding) but of course, I was gonna ask him why he stopped me. So I decided to try my luck. We got fart spray as a gag gift on xmas and decided to try it out 🤣 The bottle says to squirt about 2 sprays. So as the cop walks toward my truck I sprayed about 5 squirts. He gets to my window and asks me to get out. I said I can’t! He stopped dead in his tracks and said lawd...what is that? I said I got a situation going on sir! The look on his face was priceless. I said, Sir my stomach hurts and I’m trying get home because I.... (he is at my window and I didn't even finish my sentence) He grabs his face, backs up and says... Oh my!! I think you need an ambulance. I said no (trying not to laugh...he looked worried and sick 🤣)
Officer: BE CAREFUL AND TRY NOT TO SPEED BUT I UNDERSTAND ITS AWFUL. HOLD ON.. I’LL ESCORT YOU!
You guys , I did not expect it to go this way but the Officer followed me back to my friends house , & waited til I got out my truck (he stayed in his). I had to walk all the way to the door, holding my butt cheeks, and limpin’ like I was hurtin’! No ticket written!
If you read until the end, I stole this status. So share like I did. Because everyone could use a good laugh

Too funny.

Reminds me of my Brother in Law that took his daughter rifle hunting for the first time and had to do the #2 about an hour after opener. Did the butt check shuffle back to the cabin, while on the crapper he hears a shot and missed her dropping a doe. I bust up laughing every time my niece tells the story and demonstrates the BIL's walk from the deer stand.

Forever in debt to my Father who introduced me to trapping.
May I be half the man he was.

A friend of mine got pulled over a couple of miles from his house only his wasn't staged. He handed his license to the officer and said he had about 3 minutes left to make it home. The officer followed him.
His wife looks out the window to see Tom come racing in the driveway with a deputy following him and Tom runs from the car and didn't even bother to close the car door. She figured he finally flipped out. After Tom had finished the paperwork he went outside and the officer laughed and gave him his license back.

I have nothing clever to put here.

Lol I was in a climber with my youngest In another climber on the same tree on the other side. There was no way I was going to make it down the tree when it hit. I did well to get my pants down and hope I was hanging over the side far enough but was to scared to look. I will never forget my sons belly laughing when he heard my very loud explosion and contents hitting the ground. Now round one was done and my stand is an old loggy with no rail just a sear and I'm hanging on th the seat facing the tree leaning Back squatting with the muzzle hanging over the edge of the stand. Now my legs are starting to get shaky and my hand slick from sweat as thr cramp come in waves I just know round two is not far off and dont dare try to move . About that time I start thinking how it will look with my white him end exposed If someone walks down the trail. I forget about that as round 2 hits and when that's over I get cleaned up and get back to sitting on the seat with weak shaky legs. Then I look down and see all the small trees at about 12' off the ground have a bunch of yellow spots all over them a bunch in a large radious . I had to brush through those limbs to get up the tree. I look over. At my son who had calmed down but still breaking out in random muffled laughter and tell him I'm spinning my stand around the tree and climbing down on his side. .

That was 2 years ago and I don't think he will ever let me live it down. To bad it was not my oldest boy with me. The year before he was in a stand and had bad belly explosion didn't get his pants down and filled up his boots. His clothe stayed in the woods and he rode home necked from the wast down in a towl with his brother and I gaging from the smell. So he would understand better than the youngster. When it happens to the youngster I'm going to laugh so hard after all the grief he gave his brother. I told him to knock it off he was so embarrassed as it was. I told him just wait tell it happend to you and it will eventually happen to you sometime.

Sounds like some of you guys need to rethink your eating / drinking habits when you are going hunting the next day.

Reminds of a time years ago up deer hunting. My dad brought a neighbor along. He wasn't going to be hunting, but was along to do all the cooking. My dad said he was an excellent cook. His name was Harold, but everybody called him Blackie. He brought along 3 cases of Pfeiffer's beer which sold for $4. for a case of 24 bottles. I remember him saying, he didn't know how they could make the beer so good and sell it so cheap. He didn't smoke, but had a beer open as a heavy smoker would have a cigarette going constantly all day long. We had an outdoor biffy which he frequented often.

One evening we were all playing cards. Suddenly, Blackie jumped out of his chair and shouted, "Here we go!" and ran out the door. We were all startled and even more surprised when not more than 10 seconds later he popped back in the cabin. My dad asked, "What was that all about?"

To which Blackie replied, "False alarm."

Reminds me of one day here at work, years ago. I had a lady that worked for me part time, her name was Pat. Anyway, Pat and I were in the front of the store, and we noticed her son-in-law, Danny go up the road.

As well as I remember, it was the first day of archery season, and at the time Danny was really into bow hunting. Pat had already told me that he was out hunting, before we watched him drive past, headed home. It was still early in the day, maybe 9am or so?

Pat and I both figured that he'd already killed a deer.

Anyway, I didn't see or talk to Pat for 3 or 4 days, the next time she worked with me, I asked her: Well, how big was Danny's deer the other day?

Pat said that he hadn't killed anything yet. I told her something like this: That's not like Danny to give up so early on the first day. (Danny and I have been best friends for a long time, we graduated high school together.) Pat was about half way snickering, and she made me promise her that I'd never mention it to Danny. Then she told me the story.

Danny was up in treestand, and the urge to go struck. He was wearing coveralls, he made it to the ground, got unzipped, but he didn't get one sleeve in the clear. Long story short, he'd unloaded down that sleeve.

He took them home to wash them up.

Pat and I were talking, I told her that I'd have cut that sleeve off, or at least let them soak in the creek for a week or so. Or swished them off a little bit before taking them home. Whatever did happen, I guess he didn't get the mess cleaned up before his wife got home. That's how the word spread.

Pat died a few years, so she wouldn't mind me sharing the story. She was a sweet lady.
