during covid the wife found a business giving charcutier board lessons , she thought it sounded fun so you went to the store and picked up this box kit with a bunch of items in it. for what you got it was quite reasonably priced.
it was sausage and cheese and crackers , it focused on local products that were sold at a discount so that people would get to try them, it was some good stuff then it was a zoom call one night where the host had a few camera angles and showed you how to make the flowers and such.
it was tasty but I don't get so fancy as to do the flowers any more.
we do get some of the good local specialty sausages they are delicious.
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

I'm so old I remember when those were called meat and cheese trays. That's what I'd call it never heard of charcuterie or even know how to pronounce it correctly
