Lets try this again in the proper forum lol. My son and a couple buddies are coming in for some does for freezer meat. Making a dove and pork jambalaya for this eves meal.
Made the stock yesterday by browning and cooking down the dove breast bones and pork bones.

Rice and green onions will be added after stock and meat cooks down for an hour or so.

That looks good but you didn't give us the real secret, what is your seasoning mix?

No big secret,, salt, black pepper, onion powder and garlic. I'll add a little paprika as a top dressing before serving. I did have bay leaves when cooking the stock down also
