Wow. So what happens if one’s alive in the trap for some reason? That doesn't count you trapped it. That's a dispatch. You just can't stake out by a dam and pluck them off when they come out

That’s interesting. Down here they’re nuisance animals and no season. I think anything short of dynamite is legal. We also can not set traps within 15ft of a dam or hut. We can only set up to 10 traps only 2 of those can be body grip

Statewide per person If I set 10 traps In one wmu I cant go to another and set anymore

Dang if those Pennsylvanian laws don't beat all! They put restrictor plates on y'alls beaver trappin. The stupidest thi g about the beaver laws is you can set with 15ft if the dam or hut but if it's in a river or even pond and they have a bank hole with no hut you can slap a 330 right there

And we have trigger restrictions
