For my 2 boules 1125 g of warm water ( 75% hydration) 300 g Starter (20%) 1500 g Bread flour...with 10% whole wheat...or Einkorn... 37 g salt 2.5 % Last edited by Nessmuck; 12/18/23 10:09 PM.
