We unfortunately had to move my Father-in-law into assisted living, at 81 he was an avid woodworker and can no longer perform the required tasks. I finished all his projects that he started as Christmas gifts this year for his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, mostly jewelry boxes and music boxes. He always turned Christmas ornaments and didn't have the opportunity to start any for 2023, I cranked out (6) nutcracker ornaments, a simplistic project and told him I would carry-on his tradition. The painting was way too tedious, mainly because I have zero artistic talent. Has anyone turned Christmas ornaments?- I'm looking for ideas online for next year but appreciate your input, I'm better suited for carving or turning or any ideas that limit the arts & crafts part.

I like the Christmas balls with the battery powered tea lights setting in them stained with a light green or red , snow men are easy to make to.
