Experience helps a lot, as my shoulder’s have gotten worse I’ve learned to keep the animal below chest height so I can use more body weight instead of using strength it takes a little longer as I have to move the animal more but it works.

That is a good tip, hang it lower and use your fist to push down on the hide. A lot easier than pulling.I use that technique to skin cooled Otter, which can be tough to pull.

Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.

I still have the strength to pull but i have learned to use a knife well enough that i don't have to pull allot. If you follow the hide with a sharp skinny knife there is very little strain.

Right on cue !
Yes in fact I have. Not in last few years because no one buys them here . Hit the 100 mark 2 years in a row trapping dumpster coons for the city . That’s when I got my skinning machine. In fact bought the clamps for the bottom part from t man member. Arthritis in my hands and wrist plus torn rotator cuff made me spend the 139 bucks to install it. In fact not sure but think my strawberry marshmallow recipe I was first one to post it .
How was your date so far this weekend? Did you use zip ties or duct tape? Or just dress up one of your pumpkin heads

Do t have any coon pics on this phone but here’s s a bobcat I caught last Jan hanging on the chain grapple. The electric hoist is in trusses 10 feet up. Even blinded with jealousy you should see the wall mounted fleshing beam in the background
[Linked Image]

Clamps are mounted to the floor with concrete anchors

Hey bucks and bra. You got any pics of deer piled up to prove your claim of killing, should be over 400 deer?
Once again you don’t post offering and suggested to help him skin coon . Your post is aim at my comment on how much easier it is if you get a skinning machine. If you can’t add information to help him why post ??

Asking for a friend.
