Dimmer switches and turn signals are fellow courtesy devices. That’s what’s dying out. No kidding! People cannot drive and I’m not sure about the rest of the country, but they do not offer drivers education in high school anymore. Nobody knows the rules of the road . My biggest complaint is Highway drivers. Nobody will maintain a speed so there is no good flow. Go to pass someone and they get all freaked out and speed up They offer driver education in our highschools

I think.its more a matter of new vehicles with BRIGHT LEDs, and our aging eyes not adjusting as rapidly.
And, many people are inconsiderate, self centered morons! So true, and how obnoxious are some of those LED signs that blind you at night.
Every kid needs a Dog and a Curmudgeon.

Early 1970, night driving on coming car failed to DIM. So I gave my high beams. Immediately the RED roof Lights came on, I pulled over & a new upset State Trooper came forth Chewing me. I handed him my " WATERGATE " card & told him I put my pants on the same way he did. Use YOUR dimmer switch! During my 12 yr. tenure he tried to write tickets in my court' that held no H2O..............TUT
