I mowed today

I did my last cut yesterday. That’s it till early March.

We have about 6 inches of snow. Nice sunny day. Warm enough to putter in the shop, with the woodstove going. Making more bird houses , to donate to the hospital. Went to the bush , to feed the critters. old 243

The ocean is starting to freeze over finally

I only have to cut the grass and throw it away 3 times a year.

I mowed and put away my mower the first week of October

It doesn’t bother me a bit that mowing season is over until spring.

We had 24” of lake effect snow last week it’s all but gone now. But I’d still rather shovel snow than mow the lawn. LOL

Thankfully, I did my last cut in middle of October. I Hate cutting grass

My mowers have been in storage since the end of October.. Surprising still getting wood ticks though.

Tonight's forecast is 5 to 9 inches of snow in the eastern side of state.

I have alittle more snow then I can mow if I want to.

Oh man I hate mowing. It wouldn't hurt my feelings if my grass was brown year around.

Sorry to hear that…lol. We’re getting a dump today, 70km wind guts later tonight.

I generally mow my grass from June to beginning of August, that’s enough for me.

Unseasonably warm here the last couple of days. Little snow we had is almost gone. Took front end loader off the tractor and installed the commercial snowblower. Put back blade on too. I am sure we will get snow the question is when and how much?

I could have been mowing here but I refuse to mow the lawn when I’m combining corn and afterwords, until spring.

If we have any warm sunny days I’ll mow once in January and 2 times February. 15-15-15 and pelletized lime kicked in
