i received a half breast from a friend,anybody cooked it before,ive heard its great so i dont want to waste it

They're protected in NE but not SoDak. I've also heard they are good .

Cook it like a steak. Seasoning and on the grill is how we cook them. They’re lean so don’t over cook it and dry it out. The are called ribeye of the sky but are more like tenderloin.
