AirportTrapper trapper Joined: Jan 2016 Posts: 1,514 Louisiana	I am on day 6 of the carnivore diet. Down 12lbs so far. First couple days was a little hard but it's been getting easier. I like that my energy level stays constant. I used to crash after most meals. If it makes a track on this earth , I can catch it.

I was a 168 pounds with a 29-inch waist when I got marry at 30 year of age, well I would be happy to get down to 200 pounds
