I know a bottle of whiskey and about 2hrs worth of just talking will get you access to more turkey land than you could hunt out there. Great folks that I still send gifts and Christmas cards too.

I'm doing my part but it's an up hill battle. Will be following this post and living vicariously through you and your daughter. Good luck!

Then come down here and trap and make some memories. As long as you have trapping education proof unless you're age exempt, you will be able to trap under the same rules as us residents. We don't even require reciprocity. Sure wish I could trap a marten in the boundary waters area but that will never happen. Your residents fight amongst each other about what part of the state their from and where they trap.

I might just have to look into that more! This nonresident BS is just stupid and now with all the democrats in our capital it's highly unlikely to get anything changed before I'm too old!

Never heard of a special tag to hunt Bobcats unless it's a nonresident thing

I understood ithe cat regs the same way. Looking at the 10 day forecast there shouldn't be any ice for the first week of December. Good luck, and let me know how you do! 35 more days for Emma and I emma caught her first coyote of the Wisconsin season the other day[Linked Image]
