Lugnut OP trapper L Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 20,098 SEPA	I had my youngest daughter and grandson out for about three hours this morning. We put up 10 birds, I limited out, daughter hasn’t shot in a while and is a little rusty. The yellow dog hates hero shots, he thinks they’re stupid and would rather keep hunting. He refuses to look at the camera every time. The pup made two nice retrieves this morning. Another hero shot, sorry Boomer. I believe I was starting to tucker the boy out towards the end. Eh...wot?

I explained to him that I was letting him carry it so he could demonstrate his safe gun-handling skills. I told him not to point it any humans or dogs. I told him I'd be keeping my eye on him. He did pretty good, only muzzle-swept me twice that I saw and I let him know about it. He really enjoyed himself and is looking forward to going out again next weekend. Eh...wot?
