I got up at my usual time of about 5:30 this morning. Its the wife's weekend to work, I couldn't figure out why she wasn't getting up but I figured she knew what she was doing and I didn't want to wake her up to ask.

I made breakfast, coffee maker kicked on at it's usual time of 5:45. Still can't figure why the wife's not getting up, missing a scheduled weekend is a pretty big deal and I've never known her to do that unless she switched with another nurse. But she'd have told me about that.

I sit down to eat breakfast and see that a digital clock in the dining room that always runs slow is showing 4:50-somthing. I'm thinking now what's wrong with that stupid clock?

Soon after that it finally dawned on me...fall back had happened.

DUH!

Eh...wot?

I remembered the time change but forgot to set my watch back at bedtime. I woke up, looked at my watch 0430 and popped out of bed. I made coffee and then turned on the computer. It said 0330 and I knew what had happened..........

I have nothing clever to put here.

Changed all the clocks before turning in , well all but the internal clock. Gonna take at least a week to get that one reset Amen on just leaving the time alone. If some folks want more daylight after work start work earlier

I hate it, pick one and leave it. A guy called me to cover his call for 8 hours last night as he was timing out. So I wanna be walking the trail just after sunrise to do a quick check. But am I on call until 8 or 7…screw it, I’m leaving in an hour.

No they intentionally change it on Sat night so those that are church goers that forgot the change walk in just about the time the preacher is wrapping up their sermon. HeeHee

I thought they had changed it! Momma came home last night, said we had to change the clock again. I said that I thought they changed it last spring, so she googled it. Typical legislative doings, the senate passed it unanimously, but the house never did anything about it. Anyone with one brain cell would know that getting rid of another headache is a good thing!

Ya, I'm surprised it wasn't the game Worden. It was an honest mistake, but I don't know if the Worden wold have seen it that way.
