Apparently he was sober.

Something isn't making sense. Someone was there who called 911 during the cardiac event. Who? Did they try to take him out of the hot tub? Usually celebs have steps into the in ground hot tub. Why isn't that person who called being named or interviewed or has given a statement?
It sounds all to familiar like a movie scene of someone pushing his head down to make it look like an accident.

When they help healthy people have cardiac events it's not a stretch to conclude they don't help if your not healthy.
