This years harvest. Around 300 bulbs. Got next year's in the ground 2 weeks ago 450 cloves in the ground. I want to try a grow some garlic. I have Gaahden beds with composted sheep manure. What bulbs do i need to buy ...and how do I go about planting them ..and thanks. I ve grown just about everything else...but Gaahlick

Yeah use part of a bulb in my breakfast every day. Good. I hope you're not eating Cherrios for breakfast. lol Use a lot of garlic here as well.

Ness, I planted my garlic cloves in a raised bed. I put down a layer of topsoil then a layer of aged horse manure topped with a layer of promix. Put in the cloves and covered with straw. The aged manure is a little high on the pH side but I will see what happens.

Thanks How deep do you bury the cloves ?
