Grandpa use to eat everything on the hog but the squeal.

I am pretty sure that what they make Vienna sausage (my main gas station acquired food group) out of oozes through the floorboards of where they make the head cheese, but at least I cannot identify the chunks of snout, lips and penis in my Vienna sausage.
No head cheese for me, unless there is a kind of hot sauce that will blind me while I trying to eat it.

True story. My grandpa fixed head cheese for dinner one night. I was about 13 years old at the time. I asked him what it was, He said head cheese, its good. I asked him what that round piece with two holes in it was.
He said, why, that's pork, boy. I preceded to ask him if there was any of that crow left over from yesterday.
I didn't really believe that it was crow from yesterday like he said it was, but I was ready to eat some more of whatever it was instead.
I dearly miss that old man.
He was famous for confounding you with the truth, just to make his lies more plausible.
