how do they compare with say to F. Dick , Dexter Russel or Victorinox.

they look to be Portuguese.

never heard of them before

they have a 4 inch skinner that looks interesting
I have a decent number of knives but my uncle called me the other day looking for recommendations on knives he is late in life to hunting I think he started 3 years ago and so far has only taken deer to the processor. (lives in GA)

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B55FPW26/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=A162CIHBM6L5JA&psc=1

normally I keep to F. Dick , Dexter Russel or Victorinox.
with most of my stuff being Dexter.

I mostly skin with a butcher knife , to me it is more multiple purpose I have tried a bunch of knives skinning deer , hog and beef and keep finding a old 7 inch dexter butcher I got from Horn that is actually about 6 5/8 now in my hand.
a butcher has most of the profile of a skinner not quite as much real-estate at the end but a fair compromise if more uses.

but I am open to trying new options , most everything works did a lot with a buck , mora or even a boning knife over the years sharp matters the most , shape can make life easier.

I couldn't find much online about them that that wasn't someone selling them or what looked like a paid advertisement

Following as that same skinner has caught my eye as well. Haven't pulled the trigger yet. The specs look right and if the copy is to be believed should be comparable to those mentioned but the proof is in the pudding.

Anyone tried the pudding yet?

I have found this one video that seems to be not an advertisement or seller.

he seems to like the size and shape , he doesn't really comment at all that I saw on quality.
he did get it good and sharp but he said he put it on the stone to get it right before he started using it , I also lost track of how many times he put it on the steel during the course of 2 goats maybe that is just his think I never seen him before.
or maybe not visibly running it on any bone it is going dull in a 1/4 of a goat skinning.

I actually ordered a Dexter today to try when I get it next week we will see how it is , it is a 4 1/2 inch I will let you know how it works

I have one jero knife. Holds an edge pretty good. Used a friends last year to skin a moose and it was fine. Easy to find and order from eBay. They are shipped from Australia

Do a search for SANDVIK 12C27 Stainless Steel this is what they have listed for it. I personally like sandvick steels but have no experience with 12c27

$27 bucks for a four inch. That's a good price if it's a decent knife

Looks like a cheap knock off of the Victorinox skinners.

I was thinking he had a peculiar way of doing goats bent over so much maybe that is why he dislikes it so much

I was thinking hang on a gambrel near right off as soon as you skin the back legs past the tendon , with the tub underneath it to catch the blood

it is about the same as a 5 or a 6 price wise , the Dexter and Victorinox are all right in that same ball park

the 4 1/2 Dexter I ordered today was 25

the more common ones are actually less money for longer blades , like 6 inch boning knives they make piles of them so they go for about 15-20 depending where and what but the 5 inch that is harder to find is 25

this is the 4 1/2 I decided I was going to try I really like my old Dexter 7 inch butcher knife that is more like 6 1/2 after all the grindings it has has but though a little smaller yet for deer would be nice.
the butcher doesn't have as much of a sweep as the skinner but it always seemed a good compromise for it's other uses to me.
