Common Ink Cap, Coprinopsis atramentaria, or a very closely related species of Coprinopsis.

Edible and good when young, but it blocks an enzyme called acetaldehyde dehydrogenase, meaning you can't get ethanol metabolytes out of your system = the worst, longest hangover imaginable if you combine it even with a little bit of alcohol.
