There is a lot of merit to this.
Animals pick up on negative or positive vibes easily. German Shepherds are known as great, disciplined, sensitive dogs, reflecting the owner's mental attitude. I can feel the insanity, and malicious angry mental state of Biden just by his facial features , tone of voice, besides his stammering words. A dog can easily pick up on that anger , makes them jumpy and nervous .
Biden has no business owning such a highly intuitive dog breed as that. My father had a line of the finest bred German Shepherds most of his life, and none of them were like that. In general, they aren't like that. But when they are around individuals exuding mental strife and irrational behavior, they pick up on that magnetic easily.
People who are sensitive to attitudes and body language can see and feel those same unsettling vibes. No wonder such highly trained and bred dogs can too.

biden frequently goes into a rage while televised. biden is undoubtedly much worse when the cameras are off. biden acting like an enraged lunatic is likely the primary cause of both of his dogs biting the people around biden.
