Eagleye OP trapper E Joined: Oct 2012 Posts: 3,897 Wisconsin	I finished this for my daughter's new house- the first time I've ever painted cabinets, her whole house is natural wood, but she wanted contrast. When she was little, the first movie I took her to was Beauty & the Beast, so I wanted to incorporate a library ladder into the design. I had some really nice pieces of walnut laying around for years that I was able to utilize for the countertops, un-steamed walnut for the ladder, half blind asymmetrical dovetails on walnut drawer fronts for bread drawer & potato/onion drawers. Swinging door from the kitchen to pantry- she said it's her favorite room in the house... all the thanks I need. Onto the next project.
