If a yote they usually eat kidney, liver and lungs , then the meat. Cant tell for sure on what little damage unless chased off.

I see the same thing all the time in sheep country. Its a DOG. No one ever wants to believe its a dog but it is. Thats how a dog does its killing. Often lots of biting. Often carries of a front ham. Sometimes looks like it just = quit and left My dog was in the house, haven't saw any loose dogs, the goats are near my house and I didn't hear barking. I hope I'm wrong, it's easier to catch a dog than wild animal but I don't think it's a dog.

Skin the hide back to the head and look at the neck for fatal bite marks. The damage shown IMO is where the predator started feeding after the goat was already dead. Something may have run it off before it finished.
If there are puncture wounds in the neck area from the canines, then the distance between them will be a good indicator of who the culprit was.
