Is it difficult to find places to hunt over there?

That looks like the size here we would shoot in the head with a gun as to not ruin any meat.

Donnersurvivor.... Every village in France has a hunting association. Most landowners sign over their land for hunting access, primarily for the driven hunts, but also for all bird and big game hunting. They can hunt on my 25 acres, but I get to hunt over 3,000 acres in our village, and over 10,000 acres in an adjacent area. Strange system for an American but it works out great for me.

jk... 80 pounds around here would be about tops. I've killed some that arent even 60. Easy to drag back to the truck and not a big chore to clean. Small but tasty.

Bob_Iowa... The boiler room is a small enough target at 30 yards, but just for you I'll start working on those archery headshots. During the driven hunts we mostly shoot 2 3/4" #1 or #2 lead and it works well.
