Lipitor is the no 1 drug sold in the US and will be as long as the docs get paid to push it.

That's TOTALLY ignorant. Doctors do not get paid to prescribe any medicine. The reason it is prescribed so much is because americans are fat and eat poorly, and everyone wants to live forever. Lipitor is a great medicine for both of those conditions. There's a reason the life expectancy in US is 77 rather than 42. Most of that is due to medication, whether we like them or not.

That’s pretty gullible.

My doctor tried to put me on cholesterol meds. Then he looked at me and said, "You aren't going to take them anyway are you?"

I said what do you think, and he said never mind. LOL he has me figured out.

they nearly killed my grandpa a couple times with OD on conflicting meds when he got to the hospital thinking he might die as soon as the DR realized he had way to much Lipitor and conflicting drugs he would be back form the edge of death in days.

he lived to 84 and died basically from the complications of pneumonia in 2 days short of 85th birthday Dec 2019 heck it could have been covid before anyone new what it was.

don't know , he had heart tissues and was on a pace maker so he was living the time he had left

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

You should check out DadviceTV on youtube. It's for people with CKD, chronic kidney disease. They explain about the Aces and Arbs. They are blood pressure meds that help the kidneys. Lisinipril is commonly prescribed for extending kidney function.
