I bought 7 new house #4 for bobcat trapping. I.am not a collector and don't know anything about vintage traps, but these seem to have complete chains( although they are different lengths). The other 5 traps I modiified to meet my specs. Do these 2 traps have any value as a collector, or should I modify them for user traps?

Thank you[Linked Image]

They are newer end of the collectibles. It depends if you don't mind using $50 traps on your line.

I would must prefer Victor #3N's for cats over NH #4's. I think these traps are overkill. The chains say they are ATC traps but if they aren't boogered up they still have some value.

I have nothing clever to put here.

Never required the monkey. I think I was 19 or 20 before I could set one by hand, then graduated to 4 1/2’s!!!
And I wasn’t fat, weighed about 165.
