Just took on fuel and got to talking with the guy in the fuel barge. One of the guys mentioned he's ready to get beck inside and get into the cobbler I made . The guy one the barge got a lil excited and was saying how he hadn't had a decent home made cobbler in forever!
Even though my folks didn't like me having folks over it's was just a thing to Neve let someone leave hungry. Seriously one of the first things my mom will ask the minute you walk on the the property is " You hungry?" And if it's anything other then no ...well we're cooking lol. My friends know not to say their hungry around me because of it Usually end up raiding their kitchen for basic ingredients or Iif we're within 15min of a store eveyone puts a few bucks in the hat because hot pockets and pizza roles don't count
But yeah he said that and first thing I asked was if he ate today. He said no not really told him I'd be right back. Went in wrapped him up a few slices in foil and come back out and handed it to him. Dude lit up like a light and said he'd been having a bit of a crappy day and this turned it around
Idk world sucks enough as is. Nice to make someone smile when you can, good for the soul

Well I really appreciate that sorry I usually don't respond to these type of comments, gotta hard time knowing how to respond to them usually, if you ever say something nice to me in person I'll usually just kinda simile and look lost , dont ask me why just never really understood how to take compliment

Would you call me crazy if I told you I barely ate any of the stuff I've baked or cooked it's weird when I cook for other people my appetite dies and I loose all interest in eating past making sure the foods tastes good
