Full of Pizza. You need side boards for good Pizza. Just off the Weber. Give it a try.

MJM, that pizza brings back memories. When my wife and I first were married our first house had a stove but the oven didn't work. Well we didn't have two nickels to rub together let alone money for a new stove/oven. So when we wanted pizza I would make pizza in a big skillet on top the stove. Set the heat as low as it would go and put a lid on it.
Thanks for the memories!

I have not made any home brew in quite a while. I do have a batch of dandelion mead going. It will be pretty high octane the way it smells and looks. Swing by if you ever get out this way.

Mine was filled with 375 degree grease and occasionally some french fries, fish fillets and donuts. I use a 15" pan on my turkey fryer/cooker. Holds the heat great and all the surface area allows you to cook a lot in each batch even if its battered.

That looks mighty good. It has been a while since I made some homemade Pizza. I can remember the flavor distinctly.

My days have been so full that I eat on the run most days. Too much to do it seems.

I have done pizza in a cast iron frying pan for about 30 years. I started doing them in the oven and now do them on the Webber grill with wood sometimes. It gives them a light smoke flavor if you wait until the wood is all burned down to coals.

I never tried a cast iron pan. But, I cooked them on a bbq pit! I like them better on a pit than an oven. Like you said, more flavor!

Yes,,low heat.I spread the dough out on a regular pizza pan.Put a little extra virgin olive oil,,garlic and a dab of butter in the fry pan on low heat.Transfer the rounded out dough into the fry pan,and lightly cook on low heat for just a minute or two.Flip the dough over and put on all your toppings.Cook on low heat with a cover till done to your liking.
