The plan outlined in that FB post has been tried before, several times in fact.
The person that posted that is totally clueless as to what it would take to start and run such an organization.
Ain’t gonna happen!!!
The End. Yes! a couple of Hillbillies will never have the resources for such an undertaking.

The End. You need to hire a good organizer at the outset. Wissmiss-you ready to make some money as a consultant?

Capitalism doesn't work by trying the failed models over again. We are going to have to face the fact that the wild fur market is all but over. Many factors contributed to the demise, i.e., cultural attitudes, synthetic fabrics that are just as warm with less weight, industry capitulation to wokeness, etc. This is a shame as trapping for some fur bearers are the best means of species management. I trap much less now but tan everything I catch and either sell them or give them away to people that still appreciate the beauty of wild fur. It's fashion. It can change with the wind. Look what Canada goose did recently for the coyote market until they chose to go woke. The customers where wanting and buying fur, it was the company management that went woke not their consumers. Environmentally friendly and renewable is a perfect opportunity. Out of curiosity have you ever wore fur. I bought a fur coat last year for setting in the deer stand. My boys laughed at me but before season was over with and the Temps started getting colder they were fighter over who got to wear it each hunt.
