Minnesota guys, I’ve got a good friend who is wanting to take his teenage daughter to MN the last couple days of season and chase turkeys. This is certainly last minute I know. These are great folks. Farmers, outdoorsy, hard working country people. They just got their crops in and are he’s wanting to get away on a short hunt with his daughter.
Anyone got a spot they could put them on, or some quality public ground that you’d be willing to point them towards? They’re good hunters. They need nothing other than a spot with turkeys.

They have no specific place in Minnesota in mind yet.
They’d be coming from North Central Missouri

Wife and I just got in from hunting turkeys this morning. Hot and buggy!!!!!

A little gobbling early but they went quite quick. Had a Tom at about 50 yards in some pines with undergrowth. Just couldn’t get him any closer for the wife. Last Sunday I got lucky and scored on nice long beard.

Good luck

You shouldn't have much trouble finding a place to hunt. There are a few birds here but it is hit and miss. They travel alot. You can give this area a try. Detroit Lakes area. Not to far from the Park Rapid area also.

Send them to the East Bank of the U of M.

Plentiful

No gun needed

Have them bring something to protect their vehicle for when the turkeys roost on it
