Anyone know anything about them......more specifically, how to verify if one is original OR a copycat?

Both of my wifes Remingtons were made at Roman Bronze works and are stamped as such. She bought them at an estate auction and they both have Certificates. The lady that passed had over a Dozen of them but we could only afford the two. One of a Grizzly and one of an Eagle swooping down to get a fish. The Bear is standing in a river.

Where's does one locate the foundry stamps on the piece?

Mine is on a green marble stand, but unlike most I see, there is no small metal sign on the marble face showing the name of the piece.

It is the "Mountain Man" and is part of a trap collection I am looking to acquire..............so it is NOT mine yet!
