We're having ham, creamed peas and new taters, hashbrown casserole, honeyed carrots, apple sauce, deviled eggs, a relish tray, rolls, strawberry cream pie, and some sort of cake my Mom is making.

We got a nice double smoked ham going to make sandwiches on rolls. Doing some deviled eggs cheesy potatoes.. probably keep it simple with just our canned corn. Not sure what wife has in mind for dessert..I picked some watercress out of a creek yesterday.. May throw some salad dressing on some that.

Baked ham and all the sides, plus fried oysters.

Then Easter brunch tomorrow with kids/grandkids.

230 pounds of boiled crawfish, 50 pounds of shrimp and 5 dozen crabs. Grilled boudin and oysters. I'm running nets this evening and we should have some catfish to fry.
