Haven't playex in 11 years or so till today . Had a great time with a couple buddies and didn't play too bad.

I can always find something better to do than golf.

I like golfing.

I have worked at a golf course for 27 years . Been club champion multiple times . Trapped beaver and rats out of the ponds lots. There is also a beer cart . How does it get any better ?

I would have fished but the wind was up on the lake and these guys don't fish so it was beer drinking i mean a golf day.

I enjoyed it when I was younger but admitted to myself about 15-20 years ago that I don't like it anymore and have better things to do with my time.

I understand why others enjoy it.

Played twice in my life and sucked at it although I did hit a robin on the fare way and killed it so I guess that was a birdie or however they keep score and it's not easy.

I try to play at least twice a week once it warms up.

Played professionally as a teen, I’d consider myself retired now because I’d rather be in the woods hunting and trapping, but still play 6-8 times a year now and still hold a 4 handicap!

Been around it my whole life.

I’m a benefit tourney player only now. When my Dad retired, he took up golf and we went pretty regular.

Took it up late in life (mid 30's) and played for several years when I lived in town near a course. To enjoy it a guy needs to have enough natural talent to be self taught, or else get some instructions. Swatting a golf ball correctly is not intuitive. But once you get to the point where you have some reasonable control and can send a ball where you want it, gets to be a lot of fun. Striped one pretty good once and guy I was playing with chuckled and said "if your wife knew how good that felt, she would not let you come back".

Only play a couple fund raiser deals with guys I used to work with and I'm still their ringer. You don't have to be very good to be seen as pretty good by guys who can't play.

We play as a family 40+ times through the summer. Average 3-7 holes per outing. Small town 9 hole course. It is something we can do as a family, I like being out, get a little exercise, etc. I don't keep score, tee up where I want to, don't like a hit ball then hit another, only take a driver, two irons, and a putter, etc.

It’s one of many things I enjoy to do.
It is something I do with people in my life that do not hunt and fish, like my dad for example.

I golf for fun when I'm playing good and for exercise when I'm playing bad. I walk 18 holes a day 3 or 4 days a week in the summer. 7 miles according to my step counter.
