The camera doesn't show glitter well, but you get the idea. 18" long, cedar, hand carved with mirror polished stainless lips and three epoxy coats.

The blue one is done with color shift paint. Blue one direction, purple another.

What a great job! Those are too nice to actually use.

Most in this country have things people in other countries only dream about. Yet, they want America to be more like those other countries.

A nice thick epoxy coat protects the finish well enough. If it gets scratched up a sand and another coat brightens it up

I reckon having to repair the paint means they did their job well!

You don't actually put those in the water do you?? I would keep them in a case in the living room.

Its the dichotomy of musky lures. We want em chewed, but also to look good haha.

But yes, I expect them to be used. The epoxy will end up about 3/32" thick, so the paint should be well protected.

An all black, or black and white lure will catch musky just about as good as a fancy paint job...but musky guys are kind of weird. Its all dik measuring: who has the best, baddest, etc lures.
