I finished High School took awhile, went in the Army, worked as a lineman /substation for 30 plus years, as soon as they would pay me to stay home I let them(55), sold firewood,logs, fish, syrup, trapped and tried to enjoy life NY wouldn't let me so I left. Love the West, Govt.not so much!

Wife has a nephew who was so addicted to cigarettes, he could not sit in a classroom. Not a stat you ever read about.

remember the teachers had a smoke room when i was in HS guess students could not use it

When I was in high school teachers smoked in the teachers lounge. We had to stand outside by the gym

Worked after school for 4 years ..putting trailer floors in semi trailers..then worked there another 25 years.

Our teachers smoked in the boiler room where the janitor hung out.

My feelings exactly. School wasn't for me. I had better things to do.

I got a job and had almost a year in before my class graduated. I retired with 42 years at the age of 60.

according to ss I started paying in when I was 14 years old and pay in every year until I retired

went to work for a asphalt paving company right out of high school, never looked back. i've worked for them for 52 years and i'm retireing the last day of march. hoo rah
