Jurassic Park OP trapper J Joined: Sep 2016 Posts: 6,642 MB	Well, my trapping season was short and sweet this year. Almost didn’t go, but didn’t really want to miss out 2 years in a row. Put a small mixed line together and here’s some results! Day 1 getting the marten and a couple bobcat boxes set out. Nice Marten waiting for me. The smallest Marten I ever caught. Also had a real nice white throat patch. This was a good catch for me. At first I thought I caught a skunk in this trap. Turned out the weasel grabbed the deer tail and got caught on the way out. What’s it going to be under the snow!?!? Another Weasel! I’m getting good at catching these guys in my Marten sets! This catch was kind of interesting. The weasel got caught between the spring and the bar while dragging the grouse wings out of the box. And to end it off, a pic of my Marten catch for the season. It felt really good to get out there and trap again! I hope I can do it again next year! Cold as ice!
