Ebonics would be a good start.

swampgas chili and schmidt beer makes for a deadly combo

You have to remember that 1 out of 3 Democratic Voters is just as dumb as the other two.

That is one of the many problems with this woke BS ideology. White supremacists are supposedly this huge threat. I like what Candace Owens said. “In my opinion white supremacy wouldn’t even be in the top 100 issues affecting black people in this country. Number one is the fact that 75% of black children grow up in a single parent household.”

"At the request of the attorney general, the bill has been introduced by Rep. Bill Ramos, a Democrat representing Issaquah"

This should go straight to the Supreme Court before it is even introduced, and the attorney general and Rep Ramos should be removed from office for suggesting something so blatantly unconstitutional.

Takes time to get to the SCOTUS. In the mean time they can put fear into the people!

In fact, I would support a Federal law that any elected official that breaks their oath to uphold the constitution should be removed from office and not allow to run in the future. That would put some teeth in SCOTUS decisions.

If the Washington State legislature passes this bill it will be fun to watch SCOTUS slap it down.

I can see that one being turned on you in a heart beat

you just need enough people in the justice department that state you are breaking your oath in going against the majority or even a strong minority and you get predicated for oath breaking.

I am not a Trump fan but they would have pulled that law out 20 times and put him strait in prison for his oath breaking , they would have been rights in at least one instance when he instructed the ATF to make bump stocks machine guns.

so re-think that for a minute

I support no law that gives state or federal entities any greater power.

Heck, I doubt it would even get to the SCOTUS. It would get slapped down in the circuit court.

Exactly. This could take 5-10 years to get to SCOTUS. We can imagine what the makeup of the court could be by that time.

You know the 9th circuit will uphold it.

The "justice department" has a poor track record of determining what is constitutional, and a great example of some bureaucrats who should be fired.
The Supreme Court determines what is constitutional. And the constitution does not consider majority rule while protecting minority rights. That's why politicians elected by 51% of the population can't censor free speach of the other 49%.
