Hey all T-man brothers... and sisters. I do several trapping demos a year ( started out just a couple demos for the kids) and it seems like somebody always want me to come to another group's outdoor function to talk trapping, do a demo or just to display my collection of tanned pelts and answer questions or educate those who would listen. Most of my pelts are my own although I added a couple (otter, grey fox) that are not from where I trap. I sometimes get a mountain lion pelt from the Nebr G&P... always a big attention getter !! I would like to add a wolf or wolverine pelt.... maybe, depends on cost... and eventually a nice white artic fox... maybe a martin , fisher or lynx someday. A ringtail too. The small value pelts are no big deal if I get 1 or 2 every couple years. The wolf or wolverine is another thing... big investment. Any thought or comments?? I know for the average Joe Public a rubbed spot or lightly damaged pelt would still impress them. Legs on or legs off... does it matter? Right now it looks like I am doing a church outdoor family day, an NRD family fishing day, 2 Pheasant Forever groups youth days, a men's Beast Feast outdoor day and possibly a Childrens Evangelical Outdoor event. Just looking for ideas or possibly where I can get a barga [Linked Image]

Western Montana fur in anaconda handles a lot of different grades of tanned pelts.

Awesome I love that you're doing those! Much needed. Hopefully you will plant some seeds that will grow in some of those youngsters.

Sounds like a good cause. Send me your address and i will send you a wolf and it wont cost you anything. Only thing I ask is that you let folks know that they are not endangered!
