Who's following the trail. What say you and why?

I have been following the trial too much. I watch it on YouTube at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZhAd5MqXWlE . I believe that he is guilty, however with all of his influence in the area and the appeals process, I doubt that we will see the end for several years. I am also afraid that the judge could declare a mistrial or there could be a hung jury.

I think he is guilty also. But if i was a juror i would be hard for me to convict him as with the 2 weapons and a father killing his own son i would not be 100 precent certain

I haven’t followed the trial closely but just watched the three pet Hulu documentary. Generations of spoiled little brats. Put drugs and money into the picture…..ya he did it.

I have also been following it and i would let him off. The prosecution has failed on two counts that would cause me to not convict. They havent proven motive or even really suggested a plausible one, and the fact that two guns were used is odd. I watched a judge and a detective with more than 30 years experience each say that they have never seen a single murderer use two different weapons. That just doesnt make sense to me. He did a very good job on the stand. Schooled the prosecutor IMO. Plus by all accounts they were a close family. Why would he kill them? I think he gets a hung jury at the least and I wouldnt be surprised if he's acquitted.

Don't follow it per se but I hear bits and pieces. Even if you think he is guilty there are loose ends and evidence missing. I think hung jury and acquitted.

Murderer or not, I don’t like him. I believe he is evil.

I was on a jury, we acquitted due to weak evidence. He was guilty but poor case. I believe he gets off. Weak case, poor prosecution questioning

Whether they convicted him of murder or not he is going down on all the other stuff they have on him. The guy is pure evil.

I couldn't hangem even if I thought he was guilty, if the evidence wasn't 100% in place and no questions left to be answered. I'm not guessing, if I was on the jury, all evidence and no loose ends, all would have to be closed before I convict. Hate doesn't get it for me.

I think he is guilty but not 100% of the case, points to him.

I watched the documentary also. The whole family has gotten away with a lot and it seems he may get away with this.

Guilty verdict

Lack of blood splatter when apparently his sons entire face / head was blown off from 2 rounds from a shot gun. Then he was talking to his brother just minutes afterwards? . Then called his friend discussing plans for an event in couple days. NO WAY !!! He was in debt to some rough people . Hit was to get his attention for his errors

I think he is Guilty. I was in a Jury for a Murder Trial and we did not have any problem convicting him. But then HE admitted to doing it because the Richie County Deputy was fooling around with his wife when he shot him. He probably would have gotten an Insanity plea if he had shot them both!!
