lechwe OP trapper L Joined: Dec 2006 Posts: 166 Holt, Michigan	Just wanted to participate. First-ever beaver. 57 pounds caught at a castor mound with an MB750 on a drowning cable. Got the catch on my game camera too. Still have one big adult to catch. Pretty addicting stuff. Thanks for all the info that helped finally pull it off.

The open water comes and goes throughout the winter. Right now it's wide open but the forecast is to be below-freezing for the next two weeks so that could change. I've got one more this size or bigger I've got on camera I'm trying to catch.
