The ironic part is most of these Hollywood elite are anti 2A but make all their cash shooting firearms in a movie just goes to show you how hypocrites think the cash is king and they can't even stand up for the principles they say they believe in because actually they really don't believe it. IMOP Martin Sheen was one of the big hypocrites like that.Big anti 2A,,but guns in all his movies.

He has been saying he never pulled the trigger.
Well then who did?
The guy that loaded it should be charged and he should get some kind of charge. I don't like him
but he was acting. For being so above everyone else he needs to get something. When baldwin fired the gun, he was horsing around, like a badly behaved little boy, who was never taught basic gun safety. He is guilty of negligent homicide or unintentional manslaughter. The woman he killed wasn't in the movie, so there was no reason to point the gun at her. Keith

if you have a broken fork truck at work and the boss knows it is broken and says we are running way behind , going to miss deadline. I just need to move this load and he hops in and says it will be OK that it has no brakes I will just go slow he runs the load out to the warehouse across the street and realizes he is late for a meeting slaps it in high and starts cruising back across the street to the factory and a kid is walking by and gets run over because the guy can't stop because he knowingly used faulty equipment , ignored the safety protocol , took the lock out tag off the equipment , and then drove fast.
what do you charge him with ?
gross negligence resulting in death?
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

put Baldwin in jail for long time plus high fine. He isnt above the law. Poor family loosing mother-wife.

Baldwin absolutely should be charged, if it were one of us and we used the "Someone else was in charge of the firearm" and "I didn't know it was loaded" argument, it wouldn't even be considered.
I don't care if it was a movie set, gang infested alley, or out on the prairie, it's all the same.
Baldwin pulled the trigger that killed, he was the last line of defense and he was negligent by not checking that gun regardless of intent. Agree. Back when I was first learning how to handle firearms, my father drilled it into me over and over again that when handling guns you always keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction and that you never point a gun (Loaded or Unloaded) in the direction of another person. I can't imagine doing what he did even if I knew there was not a live round in the chamber. I believe rhe other thing that was drilled in our heads was treat every gun as if it is loaded, apparently Sick Baldwin has no familiarity with handling with firearms or even checking for loaded rounds. Someone needs to teach him for revolvers you look at the cylinders from the barrel end
