Strongly believe every collage student wanting a loan should be required to do an audit like this..... Skip to the 6mij mark and you'll see what I mean.


And you know I gotta say most other tech students I've talked to just plain don't have these problems. Shared this with guys I was in welding with or who went with a vo tech degree from various places and it just doesn't make sense to us. Meanwhile everyone else who going for more academic or the arts just just like normal to them.

Just no understanding of finances...Unreal

In all fairness I read that apparently up to 70% of Americans are financially illiterate. Don't think they deack any type of basic finance classes anymore, I know I didn't get anything. Most people just do whatever their parents say and don't go past that. It's so bad I know the army do mandatory financial classes now. Remember we had to go though a 5 he on when we came back from Kuwait and when we asked the guy why we had to he point blank said because their too many 18-20somthings that just do what their financially illiterate mommies and daddies told them to and then when they get in the real world their beyond screwed! Main things he asked : what's APR ? Who knows how credit works ? Who can cook more then a sandwich? Who thinks cash is king ?
