-12 here with 6 inches of fresh snow and a stiff breeze.
If you listen to the weather folks on TV it would seem my chances for
survival are minimal, at best. I can only pray I know how to dress properly
and have emergency gear with me at all times.
When I was a kid they used to call this a snow storm and my Mom would suggest I wear a hat.
