Nessmuck OP trapper N Joined: Nov 2011 Posts: 23,720 New Hampshire	Looking to get some Bobwhite quail. I’ve raised turkeys and chickens...but nevah Quail . Any tips or tricks ? And thanks It is better to die on your feet than to live on your knees.

Hoosier71 trapper H Joined: Oct 2017 Posts: 646 Southern Indiana	I have. Hatched the eggs in a incubator. I butchered some and kept about a dozen in a converted wire rabbit cage. Took the dividers out to make the cage about 3'x6' x 15" tall with a enclosed box on the end with straw so they could stay warm. Layed a lot of eggs. Need to keep a container in the pen filled with dirt/sand for them to dust themselves. They love to dust.

Some individuals use statistics as a drunk man uses lamp-posts — for support rather than for illumination.
