I just went to the gun show in Brainerd Mn. I saw some good buys, and even picked up a gun. There was a whole pile of Amish folks there. They really cleaned house on one of the dealers. The poor guy was green and nearly sick after they left his table. He was complaining about the cologne they were wearing or something like that.

There is a Gunshow in Detroit lakes Dec 17th and 18th. I'm hoping for a good turn out. I plan on having15 to 20 AR-15 that I built. Plus other rifles and shotguns.

Hope to see you there.

Actually the “colone” was probably the mold smell that came from you opening your wallet! 😁

I have nothing clever to put here.

Went to a show in Braham Mn a few weeks ago. Hand guns knives and a few ARs. I'm into old side by sides, I think there were 3.

I like pre-64 model 70’s and I had more for sale than everyone else combined.

I feel that my purchase of the only Remington 788 in the place was a good one.

It's a rare day to see one at a show, and even better when it's a .243 carbine.

The guy that drove them there was waiting outside on life support. The man literally had an IV hooked to himself.

I like 788s got three myself. Thinking about getting another 788 and rebarreling it with regular length barrel chambered in 7mm 08. Don't like the orginal carbine length barrel they made in the 7mm.

I heard there's a lot more muzzle loaders at the show today.

I used to love to go to local gun shows. They would have a good selection of used classic rifles made of walnut and blued steel and local custom knife maker products. Now its mostly black rifles, carry pistols, and Pakistani knives, T shirts, and junk jewelry. No longer worth the drive or entry fee for most of them.

Dad and I used to go to every gun show with in a couple hundred miles. Seems like 1 of us would always find something to buy. The last couple years I have only been to 1 here or there. Lots of AR type stuff (not my thing). I usually find a couple cartridges for my collection is about it. [Linked Image]

I only saw Three or four long guns. There were about a dozen BP revolvers, and some single shot pistols,as well. Really nice looking 8 gauge punt gun. Double barrel percussion. Would have bought it if I had the money to blow.

I went to the Juda gun show in Green county Saturday, Same ole, same ole. Bunch of overpriced guns and ammo and a bunch of junk knives. On one table was a worn browning takedown, 700.00$, I ordered one and picked it up new 625.00 last fall.

I haven't been to gun show in many years. Auctions seem to have much better prices and variety. There's some huge gun auctions being held in Ohio this month.

Articotter, that is by far the most impressive cartridge collection I have ever seen.
